How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within a few days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to a selected number of countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and Italy.

Is your country not listed? Feel free to send us a message through the contact form, and we’ll be happy to see what’s possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Can I return my order?

If something isn’t right, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

Because items are made to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact me within a few days of receiving your order, including photos.

I’ll make sure we find a solution.

Are your products handmade?

All items are 3D printed, carefully prepared or made by me.

Some designs are my own, while others are created by talented designers whose work I curate and bring to life.

Why do some items look slightly different from the photos?

Each item is made layer by layer using 3D printing.

This means small variations or subtle lines may be visible — it’s part of the charm and makes every piece unique.

Are your products suitable for children?

No, our products are not suitable for young children and should always be used under adult supervision.

Many items are 3D printed and may contain small parts, delicate details, or parts that could break if handled roughly. For safety reasons, they are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

The Cozy Wizard is run by Cassandra, a creative, slightly chaotic (in a good way) mother of two, with a love for cozy things, collecting, and making.

Some are, yes! Others are carefully selected from talented creators.

Every item in the shop is chosen because it fits the cozy, magical world I want to share.

Is this a big company?

Not at all — The Cozy Wizard is a small, family-run shop and part of Sparkedly, the creative company my husband and I started together.

My husband runs StoryForge, his webshop for 3D printed tabletop scenery, while I run The Cozy Wizard from our home. Every order is handled with care — and usually accompanied by a cup of tea.

Are you a real wizard… or AI?

Very much human. No spells, no automation — just creativity, curiosity, and a to-do list that keeps growing.

…though a good wizard would probably say the same.
